Ricotta milk & egg filling for lasagna. This time I added chard to it.
I’m challenging myself from April 17th to May 17th to not eat bread. For those of you who know me, you know bread is my kryptonite. I eat sourdough all the time and I love pizza. I’m interested to see how my body responds.
I am three days into the challenge and have eaten meals consisting of salad, veggies and fish. Today for lunch I am eating a mixed green salad with quinoa, lentils, garbanzo beans, avocado and light balsamic dressing. Tonight I am going out to eat at Naan n Curry and I am so tempted to try the Naan but I feel great and motivated to keep it up!
